New Payroll Manager opportunity leading a payroll team of 5 sitting within the accounting division, reporting to the head of Commercial Finance.
As the Payroll Manager you will be taking a strategic approach with this role, focusing on driving the team forward with system implementations / upgrades, compliance, process improvements, etc.
The payroll consists of 4,000 staff and is processed weekly, fortnightly & monthly. The systems used are Micropay, UKG and Workday. System experience is preferred but not essential. The preferred candidate will
This is a full time permanent role based in Mascot. The office is accessible via public transport and provides parking. Hybrid working is also offered to employees, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Salary ranges from $150,000 - $160,000 super bonus and other company benefits.
