We are seeking an experienced Workshop Boilermaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and welding, coupled with the flexibility to undertake site work as needed. This role involves working primarily in our workshop but requires adaptability to handle various tasks on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures and components according to specifications.
Perform welding, cutting, and grinding tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Undertake site work as required, including installation, maintenance, and repairs at client locations.
Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.
Essential Qualifications:
National Police Clearance
White Card.
Minimum C class drivers licence with reliable transport.
Ability to pass drug and alcohol screen / pre-employment medical.
Trade qualification in Boilermaking or equivalent.
Essential Experience:
At least 5 years previous work experience as a Boilermaker.
Previous experience in the construction industry.
Essential Candidate Attributes:
Proven experience in a workshop environment with expertise in metal fabrication and welding.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel and perform ad hoc site work as required.
Desirable Candidate Attributes:
Experience with site work and client interaction.
Familiarity with various welding techniques and materials.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
