Your new role:
Are you a tech-savvy accounts professional with a passion for data, customer service and accounts receivable?
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer who fits perfectly with my clients' fun, dynamic and supportive culture. If you are adaptable, collaborative, and can also work autonomously, this is the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions for the School and related entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Prepare End of Year, End of Quarter, and End of Month reports, including Aged Debtors and reconciliations
Reconcile Debtor accounts and report on overdue accounts to the Deputy Director of Business monthly.
Prepare monthly reconciliations for Accounts Receivable related accounts
Capture and input accounts receivable information into the school database
Develop and optimise Accounts Receivable procedures for accuracy, efficiency, and risk management.
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring prompt and effective responses to their needs and requests.
Skills required:
Tertiary qualification in relevant field (highly regarded)
Experience using Synergetic software (highly regarded)
Working With Children Check
National Police Check (as required)
Minimum of five years' relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of debt collection policy and procedures
Strong autonomy/teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills
