Our Plant Hire client, based in Osborne Park, are seeking a qualified Accountant to join their small team, due to rapid and huge growth.

This is a full time permanent position
Responsibilities:
Liaising with debtors to ensure prompt payment
Resolving debtor queries and disputes
Update and distribute internal debtor reports
Perform customer credit checks and gain finance approval prior to works commencing
Creating, updating and maintaining customer records within the accounting software
Allocate customer receipts in the financial ledgers
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and quarterly BAS
Monthly AR reconciliation to Balance Sheet
Generate, review and send monthly statements to customers
Payroll processing (approximately 70 employees)
Liaise closely with the external accounting firm
Accounts payable
