The Retail Manager at Booleroo Iga Pty Ltd will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure the smooth functioning of the retail business. The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, optimize sales performance, and ensure efficient inventory management. This role also involves ensuring the store complies with safety and operational standards while maximizing profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the store, ensuring optimal staff performance and excellent customer service.
Oversee and maintain inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive store profitability and achieve sales targets.
Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improving store performance and profitability.
Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, company policies, and retail procedures.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage the store's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and overseeing cash handling procedures.
Implement and maintain merchandising standards to optimize product placement and store presentation.
REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
Proven experience in managing a team and driving store performance.
