Position Summary

Currently, the business has a rare opening for a People Experience Specialist to join its Sydney team.
In this standalone role, you will collaborate with the global headquarters P&C team as well as the JPAC P&C team, to ensure people processes, procedures, and initiatives are effectively implemented locally. Youll partner with local leadership to advise and coach across the complete employee lifecycle incl. performance management, talent and organisational development, and L&D.
