Based in Sydney, the Development Manager will be responsible for delivery of appointed projects within Dexus? Industrial development pipeline. Working closely with the National GM- Industrial Development, this role will play a critical role in growing the industrial business, with a strong focus on delivery. The Development Manger will be responsible for delivery of refurbishment, expansion and new facility commitments, from opportunity identification, feasibility analysis, and stakeholder and customer management to portfolio expansion and long-term ownership.
