- Lead, support and manage the gaming lounge and Grand Pub team
- Organize, direct and evaluate the Pub's food and beverage service.
- Promote food and beverage sales
- Ensure conference/functions packages are costed and quoted to ensure a profit
- Coach and motivate members of the Food & Beverage and Gaming lounge team
