TEN Recruitment are working with an Award Winning Luxury Home Builder who are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team to deliver multi-unit residential projects.
Oversee all site activity to ensure that company construction standards are consistently met and that construction progresses as quickly as possible.
Maintain the orderly supply of materials to site to ensure acceptable levels of progress are achieved throughout the construction phase.
Select and supervise closely the supply of trades and suppliers to site to a pre determined schedule of works as determined by the Construction Manager.
Resolve construction issues and problems quickly and efficiently in consultation with the Construction Manager and/or client.
Maintain the highest levels of tradesmanship across all trades areas on all sites.
