The Role:
The Department require an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join an emerging ICT Program.
The Organisational Change Manager will be responsible for driving the adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts across the Department. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of change management principles, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in managing change in complex IT environments.
Skills and Experience Required:
Demonstrated capability to scope, plan, lead and execute change management within the context of IT Security or Digital Transformation programs.
Demonstrated capability to apply change management principles, methodologies, and tools when delivering change management.
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of business priorities.
