Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the food manufacturing site has the correct policies, management systems, processes, and procedures to operate in full compliance with OH&S legislative and regulatory requirements.
Building relationships at all levels across the site, initiating conversations about safety impacts and best practice; and is supported by the Safety for Everyone, Everyday program.
Provide expert advice, support and coaching to leaders and people (at all levels) to drive improved risk management practices, meet performance targets across the site(s), and maintain adherence to Group audit criteria, policies and procedures.
