Based at our Dandenong depot this role is loaded with opportunity to learn and gain experience in all facets of transport operations. You will be guided, coached and mentored by a team of experienced transport operations experts. This is an entry level position with a strong career development path!
Main responsibilities
Working closely with the Depot Manager and support the Operations team.
Reviewing and gathering CCTV footage.
Undertaking basic investigations into minor complaints and incidents
Entering appropriate information into our transport system.
Investigating customer complaints.
Contacting customers via phone call and emails regarding lost property.
