The Opportunity
This position will see you play a significant role in the development of library services and programs for children and youth in Moonee Valley. It will be focused on providing high-quality customer service, developing and delivering early literacy, children and youth programming, and maintaining children and youth library collections. The position will also require acting as the senior staff member while rostered on desk.
Responsibilities
Provide proactive, customer-focused service delivery across various library locations.
Undertake customer service duties as rostered, including working at different library locations, to support the efficient operation of the library service.
