If you have are an organised individual, passionate about pursuing your career in People and Culture, this is the role for you. The role of the People and Culture Advisor is to support and execute initiatives that align with our people strategy, provide guidance to leaders and staff, enhance employee engagement, and manage all stages of the employee lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator looking to step into an Advisor role as the next step in their career.

As the People and Culture Advisor at FMH Group, you will:

  • Employee life cycle Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement recognition and wellbeing programs to improve overall employee satisfaction.
  • Learning & Development: Coordinate training programs, support employee development initiatives.
  • People and Culture Strategy: Assist in the implementation and coordination of initiatives that align with our People and Culture strategies.

·         Stakeholder Support: Provide advice and support to managers on creating and fostering team relationships and performance management.

·         Employee Relations: Guide managers through employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and preparing necessary documentation.

 

About you:

  • 2 + years working in a similar role within People & Culture preferably within the Transport industry.
  • Understanding of P&C practices and legislation 
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative. 
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and organisation skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Multitasking & prioritisation abilities
