About the Role
As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is integral to driving the growth and success of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring the continued growth of our retail and wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture these markets.
• Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and metrics to measure success, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
• Oversee all sales activities, including retail and wholesale, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor sales processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including online marketing and e-commerce platforms, to drive online sales and brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the Authentic Bazaar brand values and contribute to a consistent brand image.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights to the Managing Director.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing management, ideally within the retail or wholesale industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
• 2 + years of experience in a related role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of market analysis and marketing strategies.
• Experience in digital marketing and online sales channels is highly desirable.
• A passion for Turkish culture and giftware is a plus.
