About the Role
An opportunity currently exists for a new graduate social worker to join our team. To fulfil this role, it is essential that you have completed a hospital-based placement . The position will be based on the acute wards at St Vincent?s Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) located in Fitzroy.
To perform this role, you will:
Use your skills to undertake multi-dimensional, comprehensive psychosocial assessments, apply clinical reasoning, and formulate appropriate complex intervention and discharge plans
