Mater Private Hospital is currently seeking an experienced Patient Financial Liaison Officer to join our Inpatient Finance Team at our South Brisbane campus.
The position is permanent full time Monday Friday, with hours ranging from on a rotating roster.

Salary: $ (MCA Level 4) per hour plus superannuation and salary packaging $85,878 per annum plus superannuation and access to salary packaging
The Patient Financial Liaison Officer is responsible for accurate billing/estimates for Private Patients whilst delivering exceptional customer service to Mater Staff, Health Practitioners, and the wider Health Community.
Your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Undertake Health Fund eligibility checks for all private patients wishing to utilize Private Health Insurance for their inpatient admission at the Mater Private Hospital
