Well-established and multination manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to support the team with the credit controlling functions. The business you'll be joining is a leader in their own field and has great staff tenure.
The Role:
This opening comes about due to internal movement and is a great foot in the door or to get exposure dealing with major accounts.
Responsibilities:
Managing low volume/high value major accounts
Managing end-to-end credit collection process including invoicing, allocation & reconciliation
Debt collection using telephone, email and letter
Stakeholder managements including Project Managers and GMs.
Point of contact for external customers
Process improvements
Ad hoc tasks
About you:
Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant role
Microsoft office suite
Ability to develop strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
