We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Specialist who will be responsible for delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development services to RSL LifeCare. Key responsibilities involve contributing to software development and maintenance, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic change initiatives, managing incidents, and implementing functionality enhancements. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant
At least 2 years in a CRM Developer role or equivalent experience as a developer for similar technologies.
Proficiency in configuring and customising Dynamics 365 applications, particularly in Sales and/or Customer Service.
Extensive experience in developing model-driven Power Apps and Microsoft Dataverse applications.
Strong development background in Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, and RESTful Web Services.
Capable of conducting requirement analysis, assisting in solution design, developing code, performing unit testing, and implementing highly maintainable and scalable solutions.
Will work closely with RSL LifeCare business teams and external suppliers to manage incidents and change requests, aiming for optimal business outcomes.
