Electronic Equipment Trades Worker
We are Mansys Pty Ltd, recruitment consultants. Our client, Esprit Network Pty Ltd, based out of Parramatta (NSW) is actively looking for an experienced Electronic Equipment Trade Worker to join its team on a full-time basis. Business provides tailored security solutions for residential homes and business premises in New South Wales. They provide high quality audio, high resolution colour & monochrome video door entry system and intercom systems. They deal in systems like, intercoms, automatic door and gate operator systems, intelligent home automation solutions, CCTV, and integrated access control for homes and commercial offices They are looking for an Electronic Equipment Trades Worker who specializes in below skillset:
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Inspect sites and talk to clients to determine security requirements.
• Perform service/installation of access control, intrusion alarm, closed circuit television systems, IP camera systems and various other security related systems. Perform upgrades and additions to systems in order to increase functionality and usability.
• Evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot systems and perform repairs as necessary.
• Coordinate with Management and other trades for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently.
• Maintain and adhere to operational procedures and complete appropriate documentation.
• Be responsible for assigned tools, plant and test equipment.
• Request equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer, networks, and information technology related systems
• Intermediate knowledge of structured cabling
• Ability to select the proper type of cable and perform installation in plenum or non-plenum rated environments.
• Work safely and follow safety rules. Report unsafe working conditions and behaviour. Take reasonable and prudent actions to prevent others from engaging in unsafe practices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Network Programming: HTML, GNS3, Packet tracer, Wire shark
Computer Systems: Windows 7/10, Linux, Mac
Computer Software: ServiceNow, Office 365, Access controls (DSX, Gallagher)
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Diploma in Information Technology
- 4 years of Australian experience in related field .
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
Between A$75,000 to A$85,000 per annum plus Superannuation
