Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofs.
Assist in tearing off old roofing materials and prepping for new installations.
Follow safety protocols to ensure work is done efficiently and safely.
Keep tools and equipment in good working order.
Work with team members to meet project deadlines and budgets.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
About You:
You have some experience in roofing or are eager to learn the trade.
You’re physically fit and comfortable with heights.
You’re a team player with a strong work ethic.
You pay attention to details and take pride in your work.
You’re willing to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
Any previous roofing experience or certifications are a bonus.
