As a fast pace start-up, our hours are not 9-5 and the role will keep developing as we continue growing. Whilst we think the opportunities are really exciting, we understand this role is not for everyone. With over 200 applicants, it will also be competitive.
Key Responsibilities
* Be able to confidently sell, cross-sell and upsell. Most of sales happen through demos so you will need to know the ins and outs of all of our products and software.
* Grow, manage and train new Sales representatives.
* Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets in order to maximise revenue and customer loyalty
* Develop and implement strategies to nurture and convert leads to sales to strategically grow market share
* Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain the company's image and reputation with its customers, investors and the wider public
* Foster and maintain strong and enduring client relationships.
* Develop and manage a new client relationship pipeline.
* Maintain a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities.

- You have experience training new sales members and coaching them through to their own success.
- You are a follow-up machine using our CRM.
- You have effective planning and organisation skills.
- You work autonomously managing your own time and customers to meet sales targets.
- You have a full driver’s license, car and live in Sydney.
NICE TO HAVE’S
- Dental background (Dentists, OHT/Hygiene, DA) is helpful for an understanding of the industry and clientele but not necessary as we will provide training.
