Statewide Apprenticeships are seeking a reliable, hardworking Bricklaying Apprentice, living in Victor Harbor region to join our team and work with our valued Host Employer throughout the region.
The position is a full-time apprenticeship, working a minimum of 38 hours per week and reasonable overtime may be required.
You will be learning to:
Work effectively and sustainably in the construction industry.
Use bricklaying and blocklaying tools and equipment.
Read and interpret plans and specifications.
Carry out measurements and calculations.
Carry out basic demolition.
Handle and prepare materials.
Carry out brick construction.
