Your new role
Apply coatings of paint to industrial machinery
Perform abrasive blasting to clean and prepare surfaces
Mix paints to desired colours and consistencies
Operate various equipment such as blast pots and spray guns
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming
Apply paint with spray guns
Measure paint thickness and ensure compliance with specifications
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards
Maintain and clean equipment and work areas
Work both independently and as part of a team
