The Role
Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, your role will include:
-create and maintain project feasibilities
-verify inputs into the feasibility models and performing benchmarks in collaboration with the Development Managers and Head of Development
-forecast development capital expenditure on a quarterly basis
-prepare regular project progress reports including PCG reports
-assist in writing investment committee papers and board papers
-assist with delivery of half year and full year financial reporting including assisting with external audit enquiries and internal asset valuations
-set up budgets, monitor codes for expenditure and cost tracking for development projects
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified with prior experience working in the property development sector. Strong relationship and communication skills as well as strong analytical and modelling experience are essential to be considered for this ...
