Position: Business Analyst
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in reviewing and analyzing our organization's business intentions, services, processes, and information needs. Your primary objective will be to identify and document changes that lead to meaningful business improvements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, support staff to ensure our processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Implementation: Manage and support the implementation of strategic and project-related business intelligence solutions and reporting frameworks. Enable organizational performance, evidence-based decision-making, and accountability.
- Stakeholder Consultation: Work closely with stakeholders to map existing and future business processes, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency across the department.
-Performance Analysis: Analyze and measure performance against organizational goals and objectives. Identify and support business process improvements that drive enhanced outcomes.
-Business Intelligence Development: Develop, analyze, and review business intelligence, analytics, and metrics to support improved organizational performance and business outcomes.
-Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare and execute test plans and test cases. Undertake functionality and usability testing against business requirements for software enhancements and implementations.
-Business Process Modelling: Create and maintain business process models, including the development of detailed process workflows.
-User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate UAT with end users and project team members across multiple regions, including Australia, the Philippines, and Latin America.
-Documentation & Training: Prepare comprehensive training guides and end-user documentation to facilitate a smooth transition during software enhancements and implementations.
-Agile Methodology: Evaluate and analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions through an agile project methodology.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business process mapping, business intelligence, and data analytics.
-Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
-Experience in preparing and executing test plans and test cases.
-Familiarity with business process modelling techniques.
-Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
-Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create user-friendly training materials.
-Required experience working with teams across Australia, the Philippines, and Latin America.
