10 x Farm Hands are required for a farm property in the Lancelin area of Western Australia (1.5 hours North of Perth). These positions will be day shift, on a full time ongoing basis.
Duties involve:
Basic workshop duties, such as fixing machinery and equipment
Forklift operating
Driving small trucks on-farm
Lawn mowing, gardening and irrigation
Driving small tractors / spraying crops
Basic Farm Hand duties.
Applicants should have a good level of english to be able to communicate over a 2-way radio. Applicants must have a High Risk Forklift License and be able to work within a small team out in the field.
Pay conditions:
You will be paid at a flat rate of $28.30 per ordinary hour of work for Monday to Saturday and every second Sunday
Any hours worked in excess of 49 hours in a single pay period will be paid at the applicable overtime rate/s.
You will be offered at least 38 hours per week.(full time)
You will be paid above Level 3 Award rates (Horticulture Award).
Accommodation can be arranged on-farm or in a nearby town for $80-150 per week.
