Mu act pty Ltd To be successful in this role, you must have: a recognised hospitality or kitchen management qualification; 2 to 3 years full-time experience in restaurant and bar management; knowledge of all aspects of restaurant management including budgeting, cost control and stock control; ability to plan and organize special functions; exceptional wine and cocktail knowledge; experience in developing beverage menu; excellent customer service skills; a good team leader; experience in mentoring and training floor, kitchen and bar staff.
