We are looking for a ‘guest obsessed’ passionate F&B Attendant / Barista who thinks outside the box and wants the opportunity to make our F&B outlets the heart & soul of our hotel.
In this role you will:
- Be the ‘face’ of our café, Cucina on Hay
- Welcome both in-house and external guests
- Provide consistent and high-quality service
- Be an active promoter of Cucina on Hay and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outlets
- Run breakfast service, and conferencing and events as required
- Bring flair, passion and charisma each and every day
- Be given the opportunity to have your say and bring new ideas to the team
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
- Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices.
