Manage a portfolio of claims with a focus on proactive case management within this workers compensation team. Managing end-to-end claims, with a mixture of front and tail claims within a self-insurance setting. This is a permanent full-time role, with the office located in Ipswich, Queensland. About the role
Managing a portfolio within Queensland legislation, self-insurance and business requirements to reduce outstanding liabilities and achieve cost-effective RTW (return to work) outcomes.
Engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement with claims management.
Conducting timely and appropriate case reviews
