The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:

2. Culinary Execution: Prepare and present high-quality dishes with precision and consistency, ensuring each plate meets our high standards for taste and presentation.
3. Kitchen Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Team Management: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
5. Quality Assurance: Maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure all dishes are prepared according to specifications.
6. Cost Control: Monitor food costs, manage portion sizes, and minimize waste to ensure profitability while maintaining quality.

Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience as a Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment.
3. Skills: Expertise in diverse cooking techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
4. Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.
5. Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
