We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic for an ASAP start! Your new company
Our client has over 20 years' Experience specialising in servicing Victoria's drilling needs in construction, Civil, residential and commercial industries. In this position you will be Working both on site and in the workshop, maintaining and servicing truck and plant equipment. Your new role
Servicing, maintenance and repair work on Well-maintained trucks and equipment.
Predominately working on vacuum trucks, tipper trucks, prime movers and concrete trucks
Other machinery includes varied equipment; excavators, utes and compressors.
Permanent position
Based in Melbourne's East and Northern Suburbs
10-hour days Mon - Fri with plenty of overtime available
Onsite position with some field servicing
Need to be flexible to travel to Benalla once per month (client will cover all costs when working away)
What you'll need to succeed
Cert III in Heavy Diesel or equivalent
Minimum 3 year's experience working in a similar environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong focus on safety and quality
Good communication skills
Drivers licence, reliable transport and own tools
