As a Mountain Biking Rental & Retail Assistant you will provide exceptional customer service by always greeting customers in a positive and friendly manner, handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently, making the product selection for the guest and assisting guests with the selection and setup of rental equipment. You will be required to familiarise yourself with Thredbos wide variety of mountain biking & summer activities products so you can provide the customer with accurate recommendations.
