Qualifications & experience
3+ years hospitality experience is required in similar roles
Diploma of Hospitality or Business
A friendly and approachable attitude is essential
Tasks & responsibilities
Fantastic customer service, catering to a range of corporate, tourists, and regular clientele.
Bar & Floor maintenance and cleanliness.
Building rapport, and introducing a new venue to a new customer base.

Supervision of a small team of staff
