We are looking for an experienced and driven Reservations Sales Agent to join our high performing professional team for 38 hours per week.
You will also be responsible for promoting and booking retreat packages and spa & wellness Treatments within the sales hub at Elysia Wellness Retreat.
You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and life changing experience from the first contact. The moment a guest calls or emails our retreat you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm communication. You will use your empathy and understanding to draw information from you guest and along with them, create a custom week for your guest through their spa and wellness experiences.
Working in this beautiful location your duties will include the following:
- Providing an outstanding guest welcoming experience by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining the front office and reception operational standards.
- Meeting guests and customers when they arrive and ensure they are settled in their rooms.
- Recommending and booking retreat packages as well as Spa and Wellness treatments
- Maintaining professional, open, and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.
- Ability to promote and upsell retreat package, spa and wellness treatments
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ensuring that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Completing daily administration duties.
- Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and assist with daily reporting
- Availability to work shifts between Monday to Sunday between 7.30am and 8.30pm
