- Welcoming all guests, clients and customers and supporting our high standard client engagement approach through the coordination of meeting rooms, event coordination & support all aspects of a memorable client experience
- Assisting with the management and maintenance of our modern in-house technology
- Assisting with contractors, tenants and office maintenance requests as required
- Arranging incoming & outgoing couriers & mail services for the office
- Processing invoices and managing corporate credit card receipts
- Collate and update property documentation as required for property risk assessments and compliance checklists and ensure copies of all reports, correspondence and other outgoing documentation is kept on file
- Entering Supplier contract information into systems on behalf of Property and Facilities Managers
- Auditing database and contracts ensuring accuracy & compliance
- Work with the Colliers team (including Property Manager’s National Facilities team, Trust Accountants, Helpdesk team, etc.) assisting them to provide the best possible service to Clients and Tenants
