Are you a cleaner extraordinaire and a great communicator with a passion for people and service?
If you’re looking to be part of a friendly, close-knit, customer-centric team, we are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Mine Site Cleaners and Housekeepers for ERA Village in Jabiru NT. This is a full-time role consists of 14 days on, 7 days off, 9.5hours accommodation and meals provided whilst on site, all candidates must either live local or you can BIBO from Darwin.
Who are we looking for?
Reporting to the Village Manager, you will have excellent customer service skills, and ideally experience in mine site cleaning, general cleaning or housekeeping in an commercial or hospitality environment. You must have strong safety awareness and safe work ethic, as well as an exposure to, and understanding of, using, handling, and storing chemicals safely.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check
- Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts and rosters.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or industrial cleaning industry in one of the above-mentioned areas preferable in a remote environment, resort or mining camp
- Strong safety awareness and exposure/understanding of handling and storing chemicals
- A great attitude – enjoy going to work each swing!
- A strong commitment to high standards of customer service and integrity
- Current Driver's Licences is essential
