About the role
Reporting to the Director of Platform and Integration, this newly created role in the Data, Digital, and Technology Function will have day-to-day technology ownership for all our employee applications, including Oracle HCM, Kronos WFD, CultureAmp, and integrations to key downstream systems, including Payroll. This position will work closely with Technology and our business partners in People & Culture to ensure that we can unlock value and improve employee experiences from our applications suite globally, now and into the future.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the People Application team, a small but dedicated team of technology professionals responsible for configuring and supporting all employee applications.
Serve as the global subject matter expert on MyHR (Oracle HCM) and Kronos WFD.
Support the business and technology to ensure our systems are configured, updated, and adopting new features and functionality.
