About this opportunity- Night Shift Role
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Supervisor is a front-line leader who safely leads and manages Operators and day to day in all areas of the Site.
The Supervisor is responsible for overall supervision and direction of the shift production team who process and manufacture and pack plastic pails and lids.
With the ability to understand and manage the technical component of the role, the Supervisor makes up part of the Site leadership team.
