About the Role The position has primary responsibility for the supervision and delivery of front of house (FOH) services at the Horsham Town Hall covering the theatre, Heritage Hall, Gallery and bar services, including venue set up and coordination of ushers and bar staff to ensure a safe and positive experience by venue hirers and patrons. About You The successful candidate will have experience and skill in planning and delivering meetings, conferences and presentations and the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of Stakeholders including businesses and community groups along with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise accordingly and adapt quickly to changing needs.
