The Opportunity:

What You'll Do:
1. Creative Menu Design: Develop and refine our menu offerings, incorporating seasonal ingredients and the latest culinary trends.
2. Culinary Excellence: Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our exacting standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
3. Operational Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Team Development: Mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
5. Quality Assurance: Oversee the preparation and execution of all menu items, ensuring each dish is crafted to perfection.
6. Budget Management: Monitor food costs, portion control, and waste to ensure profitability while maintaining high standards.
7. Customer Experience: Adapt dishes and menus based on customer feedback and dietary requirements to ensure a memorable dining experience.
What We're Looking For:
1. Qualifications: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of full-time experience as a Chef in a high-end dining or cafe environment.
3. Skills: Mastery in various cooking techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
4. Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.
5. Personal Attributes: Passionate about food, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
