As the Principal at Beechworth Montessori School, you will provide exceptional leadership that upholds the unique values of the school. Focusing on leading innovation through Montessori National Curriculum pedagogy, you will model the schools values and deliver educational excellence. You will inspire staff and students to foster meaningful connections with community and to create an innovative, collaborative and thriving school. In your new role, you will:
Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of the School, supported by the Committee of Management
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families, staff, and the wider community
Develop and implement initiatives aligned to achieving the values, vision, philosophy and strategic objectives of the school
Work with the teaching, support and administrative staff, the Deputy Principal of Early Years and the Committee of Management
