Qualification & Work Experience
· Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor degree or above
· Minimum 2 years of work experience
Skills
· Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
· Essential Languages: Vietnamese, English, Mandarin and Teo Chew.
Job description
· Managing stock control processes and keeping accurate records
· Taking responsibility for marketing and purchase policies
· Ensuring that customers receive excellent service and advice
· Recruiting, supervising and training staff
· Making sure that all legal requirements are met, including health and safety requirements.
· Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
· Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
· Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue
· Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
· Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
· Determines product mix, stock levels and service standards
· Promotes and advertises the establishment's goods and services
· Sells goods and services to customers and advises them on product use
· Maintains records of stock levels and financial transactions
· Controls selection, training and supervision of staff
