Reporting to CEO, this newly created position as HR Manager. Managing a team of 2 you will be responsible for; Provision of HR Advice and Support: Provide day-to-day HR consultancy to managers and employees, covering performance management, employee relations, remuneration, conflict resolution, and full employment life-cycle; Manage Recruitment, Retention, and Performance Strategies : Oversee the recruitment process, develop retention strategies and ensure performance frameworks enable high performance outcomes HR Policy and Procedure Management: Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: System integration and other improvement initiatives.
