Responsibilities:
Monitoring project progress & performance and communicating updates to key stakeholders
Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies
Manage implementation time-lines and delivering elements of the project on time and within scope
Conducting post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify lessons learned for future improvements
Provide production support including investigation and troubleshooting.
Lead the support and regression testing of each module released & provide reports.
Configure, test and implement improvements to Successfactors business processes.
Skills & Experience:
