Based in Brisbane CBD, this is a key role as part of their small and effective HR team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR support. This includes:
Annual performance reviews and partnering with managers to address performance issues, support with improvement plans
Employee relations - supporting all aspects from investigations through to terminations and any unfair dismissal claims that may arise
Assist with design and delivery of training and development programs
Development, implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
