Your new role Your new role is within a growing project team. The project currently has 80 geographically dispersed team members and will continue to grow. This role will be responsible for providing support to the project team and assisting in the successful delivery of the project. The role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills and would suit a high-performing candidate.
Manage the full onboarding and offboarding of project resources
Manage the system access for project team (JIRA, Nexus, SAP, VDI and sharepoint). This includes liaising with the required teams to assess the requested access
Manage the project document repository and ensuring compliant with business unit requirements
Ensure project documentations are up to date and accurate
