As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of mainly office, retail and small amount of industrial. This is a small yet friendly and inclusive team based in the inner north. As the Commercial Property Manager, your duties will include but not limited to:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 140 properties
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Property inspections and preparation of condition reports
Compiling monthly financial and written reports
Managing tenant arrears
To be considered for this exciting Commercial Property Manager, you will have:
At least 1-2 years experience within a similar Commercial Property manager role
Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A real passion for property management
Outstanding client services
