The Property and Workplace Facilities business unit is responsible for the delivery of advisory, consultancy and support services. Workplace Facilities is responsible for; accommodation planning and project services, administration and support services, building management and operations and fire safety. Property is responsible for; property acquisitions, disposals, leases and property advice.
About your new role
The role is required to ensure that the City's land acquisition, divestment and property management programs are managed in a timely, cost-effective manner and in accordance with the City's policies, procedures and relevant statutory requirements.
The position will contribute to achieving the key outcomes of the Branch as well as other strategic priorities by offering professional and proactive administrative services to ensure effective delivery of the operational needs of the Branch.
