An exciting opportunity exists for a Surveyor to join our Gold Coast based team. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their surveying career, continue their studies or work towards their registration whilst playing a key role in a team of highly talented and energetic industry leaders utilising modern equipment and technologies.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Perform fieldwork, calculations, data processing & management of the total project to ensure project outcomes are met including liaison with clients, stakeholder, contractors and professional service providers.
General knowledge of a wide range of survey concepts including control networks, data validation and conformance.
Provide operational support to the Survey Manager in relation to program objectives & resource planning.
Adhere to the company’s work, health & safety policies.
YOU WILL HAVE
2+ years surveying experience desirable.
Formal surveying qualifications.
Familiar with total stations, robotic stations, data controllers, and with GPS systems and methodologies.
Experience using software such as AutoCAD and 12D (not essential),
Experience on large infrastructure projects (rail / road) highly desirable,
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A current Manual Drivers Licence.
